Honorary Alderman - Chris Botten To consider the following motion:
“That in pursuance of Section 249(1) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council do confer upon
Chris Botten
the title of Honorary Alderman in appreciation and acknowledgement of the services rendered by him to the Council from 1996 until 2015, and from 2016 until 2024, as a Councillor.”
Additional documents: Minutes: A motion to confer the title of Honorary Alderman upon Chris Botten, in accordance with Section 249 of the Local Government Act 1972, was moved by Councillor Sayer and seconded by Councillor Gray.
R E S O L V E D – that the title of Honorary Alderman be conferred upon Chris Botten in recognition of the services rendered by him to the Council from 1996 until 2015 and from 2016 until 2024 as a District Councillor.
