This application has been withdrawn as it has been agreed a site visit by councillors should take place before the application is discussed. 2023/775: Stables, Manor Livery, Manor Road, Tatsfield, Westerham TN16 2ND. This item has been withdrawn as a response to a public consultation is currently outstanding. Both items will be taken to the next Planning Committee meeting.
