B.    subject to the overall response of the consultation being in favour, authority be delegated to the Head of Legal and Monitoring Officer to write to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) to seek consent for the change of name.

D.   Tandridge Officers are instructed, in conjunction with relevant District Councillors, to begin immediate discussions individually with every Parish Council to discuss the future of assets within their Parishes, prioritising further detailed discussions.

 

Note: in addition to the above resolution the Committee resolved to recommend to Council that the principles set out in section 3 of the report, as amended, are approved for use as the basis for developing the 2025/26 budget and two-year savings programme, and that Committees will be required to operate within them. As a recommendation to Full Council, this is not included in this notice.

                             ii.        distribute the £320k additional planning investment to Development Management and Enforcement

 

be approved.

 

C)   An overview of the planning team structure be provided to this committee which details current permanent and temporary staff, and open positions, to include a summary of the measures being taken to understand and mitigate the retention risks. This would detail the recruitment process and initiatives being taken to attract candidates with a report that includes the number of applications and outcome for each position.
