The committee will be asked to:

a) Agree to award CIL funds of £500,000 towards Master Park Pavilion.
b) Agree to award CIL funds of £502,000 towards expanding Whyteleafe Surgery.
c) Agree to award CIL funds of £250,000 to Grange Meadow Access Improvement Works
d) Decline to award CIL funds towards Bletchingley Cemetery for the reasons set out in the Report.
e) In relation to recommendations a -c) permit officers to distribute the awarded CIL funds up to the maximum funds awarded in each case in accordance with project specific contracts entered into by the bid promotor.
