Discretionary Test and Trace Grant - adoption of policy

Local authorities are required to administer The Test and Trace Support Payment Scheme. The Scheme allows LAs to determine eligibility for discretionary payments within their area. A Discretionary Test and Trace Grant Policy was developed and approved under the Council's urgency procedures. This report seeks ratification of that decision
